"It's good to win"

Arsenal was in the fourth place of the English Premier League at the time Thierry Henry spoke in the tunnel at Highbury after the 3-0 win over Charlton on Saturday. They dropped to fifth a few hours later after Tottenham beat Birmingham but just returning to the Champions League places - at least for a while - was good enough for the Frenchman. And, anyway, he believes this particular race will not be restricted to north London.

“We have not seen fourth spot for a very long time,” Thierry Henry noticed. “That's why I see it was very important.

“At the end of the day, I am already thinking ahead. We will see what Tottenham are going to do in the game now, but it is better to be where we are now than where we were before.

“Also fans are forgetting to talk about Bolton and Blackburn too, because everyone is saying it is an Arsenal-Tottenham fight.

“However, Bolton have two games in hand, and if they win those, they are going to be flying. It is going to be a tough fight, so we will have to see.”
