Henry to break another Record at Highbury

Share |

Thierry Henry can break another record tomorrow. If the french striker scores tomorrow against Blackburn it will be his 100th Premiership goal at Highbury. He would become the first player ever to hit a century of League goals at the ground, which of course is in its final year as the home of Arsenal Football Club.

He would also become the first player to score 100 Premiership goals at any one ground. Henry broke Arsenal’s goal-scoring record, previously held by Ian Wright at 185, against Sparta Prague last month. His tally currently stands at 191 and is fast closing in on his double century.
